WITHDRAWING YOUR CONSENT

  1. The consent that you provide for the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data will remain valid until such time it is withdrawn by you by emailing to Sakuru.support@huantrading.com.

Upon receipt of your written request to withdraw your consent, we may require reasonable time for your request to be processed and for us to notify you of the consequences of us acceding to the same, including any legal consequences which may affect your rights and liabilities to us. In general, we shall seek to process your request within fourteen (14) business days of receiving it.

Whilst we respect your decision to withdraw your consent, please note that we will not be liable to you for any consequences arising from the withdrawal of your consent or deemed consent, including our inability to process and/or fulfil your orders, verify and/or process your online payments and/or deliver to you the products that you ordered.

  5. Please note that some information may remain in our private records after the deletion of your account.
