Frozen breaded scallop.  Great as a finger food or kids’ friendly snacks

Direction:

Method 1. Heat up oil to 180 degree celsius.  Deep fry  for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.

Method 2. Preheat oven to 200 degree celsius.  Lay the croquette on a non stick baking tray and bake for about 15 minutes.

Keep Frozen. Do not thaw.
