Frozen Atka Mackerel. The Okhotsk Atka Mackerel, widely known as Hokke in Japan, is recognised for its tender, juicy and fleshy fish meat. A well-known delicacy and popular cuisine from Hokkaido, with catches of the Hokke coming from the Shiretoko Peninsula in the Sea of Okhotsk in the far north of the island.
Cooking method: Grill, Pan-fry, Bake.
