Japanese Croquette with Sweet Potato Chestnut.

Direction:

1.Heat up oil to 180 degree celsius. Deep fry croquette for 4-5 minutes or until golden brown, flipping occasionally.

2. Preheat oven to 200 degree celsius. Lay the croquette on a non stick baking tray and bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping occasionally.

Keep Frozen. Do not thaw.
